Posted at work today...

Great New! Papa John's International and our company have reached a settlement in the texting lawsuit that we have been involved in.

As a part of that settlement notice cards will be mailed to potential claimants soon, in mid-July 2013. These cards will explain what people should do, if they are eligible, to receive their award, which in part will include a Free One Topping Pizza.

If guests call with questions on redeeming the free pizza, refer them to the directions on the card. As the card explains, to receive their pizza, the claimant will have to order Online as papajohns.com.

Some Guests may call the restaurant to ask questions about the settlement and want more information. If you rewceive one of these calls, please direct them to the Settlement Claims Administrator. The Claims Administrator can be reached in the following ways:

Phone: 1-888-812-1645

Website: http://www.ontime4upapajohnspizzasettlement.com

Mail: Claims Administrator
OnTime4U Papa John's Pizza Settlement
P.O. Box 3013
Faribault, MN 55021-2613

You should not attempt to determine if they are eligible - there is no way for you/us to know that. They will have to determine that through seeking more information from the sources above.

Please let your GM or Area Manager if you have questions.

Thank you.
