Pizza Delivery Driver Cases

Paul McInnes LLP, Weinhaus & Potashnick and others are pursuing claims on behalf of current and former delivery drivers for minimum wage violations against several large pizza franchises.

The lawsuits allege that the pizza franchises violate federal wage and hour laws by failing to adequately reimburse their drivers for their automobile expenses which reduces pizza delivery drivers’ net wages below minimum wage.

It's good to see more drivers getting involved. Thanks for keeping us updated Gregster.

This driver worked for two different franchises? Am I reading this correctly?

I noticed that too. Yes, it seems that he worked for two different franchises.

Yeah, I know about these Pizza Delivery Driver Cases. I think we should pay attention to these serious issues rather than some stupid lawsuits. It should be sorted out as soon as possible.

What do you know about these cases?
What 'serious issues' should we be paying attention too?
What does that link lead too?

I can answer that question. It goes to a site that is showing the worse lawsuits ever. Like Hellman's suing a company for making fake mayo, a guy suing for a plane sending him to Grenada instead of Granada, guy suing McDonalds for not giving him enough napkins, woman suing McDonald's for hot coffee, guy suing a dry cleaner for $67 million for losing his pants, a guy suing himself for millions so the state can pay him, woman suing google for sending her for a walk onto a highway and getting hit, guy suing Anheiser Busch for false advertising saying he could get hot chicks drinking beer, guy suing New York for injuries from a suicide attempt (which he won), etc.

Its a safe link.

That's pretty much what I thought and why I asked questions. I'm leaning towards spam at this moment unless Ayden52 responds.
