KANSAS CITY -- The law firms Paul McInnes LLP (http://www.paulmcinnes.com), and Weinhaus & Potashnick (http://www.fairwagelawyers.com have filed a lawsuit against Poulsen Pizza LLC, Dream Team Pizza LLC, and Dream Team Pizza KC LLC (collectively “Poulsen Pizza”), franchisees of approximately 33 Domino’s restaurants in Missouri and Kansas for failing to pay minimum wage to their delivery drivers.

The suit alleges that Poulsen Pizza is violating federal wage and hour laws by failing to adequately reimburse their drivers for their automobile expenses, resulting in unreimbursed business expenses that reduce pizza delivery drivers’ net wages below minimum wage. The lawsuit is pending in the United States District Court, District of Kansas. The driver who filed the lawsuit is seeking collective action status, and other drivers who work or worked for Poulsen Pizza in the last three years are entitled to opt-in to the case to preserve their legal claims.

Paul McInnes LLP is located in Kansas City, Missouri. It represents plaintiffs nationwide in complex business and employment litigation on a contingent fee basis.

Weinhaus & Potashnick is located in St. Louis, Missouri. It represents plaintiffs in wage and hour claims nationwide on a contingent fee basis.
