Hi,

Just curious from some of you who have been successful in the past, who did you use as lawyers. We are in a small town and have no local resources. If you need more info PM me and I will let you know what State etc. Following recommendations on here I now have 8 weeks of unassailable numbers and we are at between 2 and 3.00 per hour every week after expenses. That is so far from min wage and coupled with another issue its a slam dunk case, but there are no labor lawyers around here.

Thanks

I have known these guys for YEARS now and they come with my highest personal recommendation:

Paul McInnes LLP and Weinhaus & Potashnick Launch Pizza Lawsuits Website for Pizza Delivery Drivers

They have many years of experience in this field and and have won numerous lawsuits in many different States and have literally helped THOUSANDS of drivers win tens of MILLIONS of dollars in back wages!

I recommend you call this guy specifically as I have spent many hours on the phone with him over the years and he is very easy to relate to:

Contact:
Jack McInnes
855-984-8100 (toll free)
mcinnes@paulmcinnes.com

Tell him Greg sent you. (I don't get ANYTHING for referrals.)

I'd suggest at least speaking with the attorneys Gregster suggests. If you were in Washington state I might suggest another firm, the firm that represented me. If you are in Washington state, just click on my signature, then the pdf file, on each page of the complaint is the contact information for the law firm that handled my case.

This is a little late, but I know a lawyer that handles wage theft cases of this nature and has litigated against pizza restaurants, chain restaurants, and other service related businesses.

Here is his contact info:

The Marlborough Law Firm, P.C.
445 Broad Hollow Road, Suite 400
Melville, New York 11747

Tom,

I am also working at a Dominos franchise and am using Jack Mcinness. He is familiar with the issues we actually filed a couple of weeks ago. Will keep you updated.

Would you be willing to post your complaint here? I really enjoy reading new complaints and adding them to the list of lawsuits already filed. You'll be in good company since I posted my complaint here... Kurth v. Seattle PJ Pizza

Interestingly enough, Mr. McInnes's firm is already involved with a case v Cowabunga (my franchisee), so my spreadsheets I've been keeping since I started will be extremely helpful lol.
