Gist of this Federal Government FLSA, Wage and Hour regulation change page

IF you make full Federal Minimum Wage (in such states as Minn. or California) or above the Wage and Hour Division of the Dept. of Labor wants to make tip pooling easier for non-tipped employees.

There are WAY too many pages for a copy and paste quote Sorry. There are at least 20 pages of legal stuff (meaning cases cited decisions cited, expounding of the two, etc.)

Thanks for posting this. I'll review when I have time. Everyone that works as a tipped employee should read this, not just those that work in a jurisdiction that does not allow tip credit.
