Glad you found us and have joined, hopefully you'll be able to contribute and we'll (most likely me) will answer any questions we can. Lucky for you I live in Washington State also (west of the Cascades) so most legal questions I can answer. I saw your other post, will be looking at it shortly.

yes at one point my mother worked it the kent papa johns so i know your situation down there fairly well well ill repharse that a bit i knew it well when i was the gm of the papa johns here in wenatchee a few years ago

That would be the Des Moines Papa Johns. I'd never been there (or maybe I had, I think I went to one of them down that way to pick up product YEARS ago). How long ago did your mother leave?

The Wenatchee Papa Johns... what franchise was that under? Do you remember the name of the owner? Just curious.

steve ethington was owner owned wenatchee yakima and moses lake he bought yakima and wenatchee after the guy skiped out on his franchise in 2008 i reopened the wenatchee in april of 2009 after all that was a friggin nightmare mom i hired in to wenatchee in 2010 so that would be when she left down there and there was quite alot of interesting things going on in the the nw market at that time

Can Papa Johns fire a driver for being too slow delivering?

Yes. Is there additional information?

An employee can be terminated for any reason that is not protected by law. Being slow at delivering means that the employee cannot perform the job duties to standard. Just as an employee could be terminated because they took too long making pizzas.
